I am an experienced Consultant, CEO and GM with rapidly growing businesses from start-up to growing to $100M+ in the manufacturing, wholesale, retail and NFP industries understanding the pressures of rapid growth and turnarounds.

I am particularly skilled at building businesses off shore and into international markets including Asia, USA, UK and Europe. 

An Entrepreneur, a business owner and partner in several FMCG businesses, I have first hand experience from start-up to international exits. Businesses that i have been involved included:

I bring over a decade of hand-on experience in the FMCG and global supply chain sectors, with a deep understanding of the challenges businesses face when expanding across regions. With extensive networks across Australia, Southeast Asia  and Europe, I help companies navigate regulatory, cultural, and operational complexities to build scalable international growth strategies. 

Through DS Borneo trading, a cross-border sourcing and distribution business I founded, I have helped FMCG brands expand into new markets by navigating complex supply chains, building strategic partnerships, and optimising market entry logistics across Australia, Southeast Asia, and Europe.

Previously, as co-founder of Freshable, I applied this expertise to develop a niche food brand focused on operational efficiency, product sourcing, and last-mile delivery within the ready-to-cook category,. 

​My previous roles reflect a blend of corporate, entrepreneurial, and not-for-profit experience:
  • Sportsco/Atomic Sports - New Business Development Manager 
  • Brotherhood of St Laurence - Project Manager 
  • IBM Malaysia - Complex Bid Manager
